In this second edition of the program, more than 25 students from technical-professional careers in Antofagasta received tools aimed at developing an entrepreneurial mindset, thanks to the collaboration between Fundación Luksic’s International Training area and Babson College.
Throughout the program, students from different careers and institutions worked on challenges designed to strengthen their learning. At the end of the activities, the four selected students were announced; due to their outstanding participation, they won the opportunity to travel to Boston, United States, in 2026 to experience a week of entrepreneurship and innovation immersion at Babson Build.
“At Fundación Luksic, we firmly believe in the importance of helping technical students strengthen their learning and fully develop their capabilities. That is why we recognize and value the skills they build in collaboration with Babson College, knowing that this knowledge will accompany them throughout their professional and personal lives. Regarding Babson Build, we are very excited about the trip, as it will undoubtedly be a unique opportunity to broaden their horizons and enhance their future,” highlights Trinidad García, Director of International Training at Fundación Luksic.
The selected students, all from the city of Antofagasta, are Jonathan Pérez from Ceduc UCN, studying Geomining; Valentina Rodríguez from INACAP, studying Logistics Engineering; Noelia Claure, also from INACAP, studying Business Administration; and Francisca Rojo from IP & CFT Santo Tomás, studying Social Work. “It was a very enriching experience, full of challenges that taught me to understand myself and to identify opportunities in my surroundings, as well as what entrepreneurship truly means,” highlighted Jonathan Pérez.
