The recent awarding of 100 Master’s scholarships abroad by the National Agency for Research and Development (ANID) is not just good news—it is a declaration of the future.

Prioritizing areas critical to Chile’s progress, such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and climate change, is essential for the country’s development. Convinced of this, at Fundación Luksic’s International Training department, we have focused our support on master’s programs in public policy, AI, and sustainability. In this regard, we appreciate the State’s decision today to strengthen efforts in this direction.

The challenges we face as a country are complex and require multiple perspectives. That is why multiplying opportunities for Chilean talent to gain advanced training abroad is to strengthen our greatest potential: our people.
