The 500 winners of Impulso Chileno are now here

In October, the call for applications to the Impulso Chileno program closed, with nearly 23,000 entrepreneurs applying, and the 500 winners have now been announced. Depending on their projects, they will receive up to CLP $5 million to invest in machinery and products.to invest in machinery and supplies.

Luksic Foundation announced the 500 winners of the seventh edition of Impulso Chileno, a program aimed at strengthening the growth of entrepreneurs throughout the country through financial support. In this edition, the foundation will provide a total of CLP $1.287 billion and doubled the number of beneficiaries compared to previous years, seeking to further boost the work of Chile’s small and medium-sized enterprises.

Since its launch in 2018, the program has supported more than 1,420 entrepreneurs, witnessing thousands of stories of growth, resilience, and dedication. Macarena Cea, CEO of Luksic Foundation, highlighted: “Each entrepreneur contributes not only to economic development, but also to the well-being of their communities. That’s why at the Foundation we will continue to trust and support them, so their businesses can keep growing and generating positive impact throughout Chile.”

Among the selected participants, more than 340 women were winners nationwide, representing 68% of beneficiaries. The sectors with the highest participation were services, food, and commerce. Additionally, 88% of those selected come from regions outside the Metropolitan Region, with notable representation from La Araucanía, Valparaíso, Maule, and Biobío.

For his part, Cristian Schalper, Director of Entrepreneurship at Luksic Foundation, noted: “This year, applicants to Impulso Chileno had the opportunity to use our ‘Brújula del Emprendedor,’ a free platform that allows entrepreneurs to identify which areas of their business need strengthening, as well as access specific content and tools to boost their operations.”
