With the aim of providing concrete support to Chilean entrepreneurs, Fundación Luksic has launched the seventh edition of the Impulso Chileno program, which this year will award up to CLP $5 million to 500 entrepreneurs registered under the first category with the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII).

“With this new edition of Impulso Chileno we want to strongly tell the entrepreneurs of the country that we trust them — in their businesses, their talents, and their capabilities. We have seen firsthand incredible stories of men and women who, with dedication and passion, move their ventures forward in all regions of Chile, and that is why we want to continue providing this boost to more people,” explained Cristian Schalper, Entrepreneurship Director at Fundación Luksic.

What are the requirements to apply?

The call is open to entrepreneurs over 18 years of age, Chilean or foreign residents with permanent residency in Chile, who have registered a first-category business with the SII, either as a natural person or a legal entity, prior to March 1, 2025.

Applicants must be the owner or majority shareholder of the business, and the business must have annual net sales (or proportional sales if operating for less than a year) greater than 150 UF and less than 5,000 UF, among other requirements.

In addition, entrepreneurs must complete a diagnostic through  La Brújula del Emprendedor, a tool that provides personalized information based on the stage of their business across different areas. This diagnostic allows each entrepreneur to access tailored content and resources to strengthen their business. (A video tutorial is available here).

What do winners receive?

Selected entrepreneurs will receive up to CLP $5 million to invest in their business. The funds may be used primarily for fixed assets (machines, equipment, tools, furniture, patents, trademarks, etc.) and digitalization tools (e.g., sales or inventory software). They may also be used for advisory services, leasing of property or vehicles, and, to a lesser extent, for marketing and working capital such as raw materials or merchandise. The program also covers taxes associated with the purchase of these items (within the awarded budget).

Where to apply?

Applications must be submitted exclusively through the online form available at www.fundacionluksic.cl.

To access, applicants must create a personal account (with a unique username and password). Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the address used. After this step, applicants can log in, access the form, and follow the instructions.

Some important details to keep in mind when completing the form include knowing the legal status of your business (e.g., Family Microenterprise, Limited Liability Individual Enterprise, or sole proprietorship with commercial activity), the business’s legal name, and clarity on how you would use the funds if selected.

If I participated in other Entrepreneurship programs like Impulso Inicial or Despega Mujer, can I still apply to Impulso Chileno?

Yes, as long as you meet the program requirements outlined in the guidelines.

All program-related information will be shared through Fundación Luksic’s social media channels and website. Applications will remain open until Monday, October 6, at 11:59 p.m.
