Sixth version of Despega Mujer
In its sixth edition, taking place in 2025, the Despega Mujer program will provide comprehensive support to 100 women entrepreneurs from the regions of Atacama, O’Higgins, and Los Ríos, with the goal of strengthening and consolidating their businesses. Throughout the program, participants will receive personalized support to enhance their business skills and future outlook.
Each selected entrepreneur will receive a set of essential tools to grow their business, including accessible funding, specialized courses, and training in key areas such as digitalization, social media, business management, and administration. In addition, they will participate in personalized mentoring sessions focused on marketing strategies, product development, and leadership skills—critical for the sustained growth of their projects.
One of the most valuable aspects of the program is the creation of peer learning circles, aimed at fostering a collaborative environment. Participants will share experiences, exchange practical advice, and find collective solutions to common challenges. This supportive community helps build strong networks that contribute to shared success.
The academic program, designed and delivered by industry experts and women leaders, provides participants with a practical and up-to-date curriculum, equipping them with the specialized knowledge needed to take their businesses to the next level.
Despega Mujer aims to empower a segment of the female population that has previously participated in entrepreneurship initiatives such as microcredit programs from Fondo Esperanza and Banigualdad, or the Impulso Inicial program from Fundación Luksic, but who still need further support and guidance to fully develop their businesses. For that reason, the call for applications will be made through these partner institutions.
